When the Looms Went Silent
On the night of August 22, 2026, a fire swept through Desa Sade, Lombok, home to the master weavers behind our Sasak Heritage Collection. In just a few hours, homes, workshops and years of hand-woven fabric were lost.
No one was hurt. But many artisans lost their homes and the looms that carry generations of Sasak technique. Now they need help to rebuild-and to weave again.

Each piece carries the sacred Cerbong Aling-Aling Sasak motif, hand-woven in Desa Sade from 100% natural cotton and colored with botanical dyes like turmeric and indigo leaves.
